In “SHOP” by choosing to click “VIEW” or on the Product picture You will be automatically directed to page where is available full description of a particular Product. Then select a desired size, color, number of products and press the button “ADD TO BAG”, The chosen products automatically added will be added to Your “SHOPPING BAG”.
8.4.

9. PAYMENTS

9.1.

Payment for the Product(s) and relevant costs as delivery can be only settled by these payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Visa Electron or Maestro cards. All payments are secured by 3D Secure system. Upon filling on all necessary, correct information (name, last name, card number, expiry date, etc.) as requested in the payment form only then payment will be executed. 10. PRICES, TAXES, DUTIES

For delivery to addresses that are beyond of European Union VAT area or/and beyond European Union Customs territory, it is a responsibility of the Customer to proceed with customs clearance procedure, including all applicable fees and charges, and be responsible for payment of all import custom duties, sales taxes and similar, if any. For further information Customer should contact local customs authority.
10.7.
Any refunds to a Customer will not include any import taxes and duties paid by a Customer, customs clearance and related or similar charges. It is Customers sole responsibility to proceed in accordance with applicable laws of a country of importation to get a refund or waiver for such taxes and charges.

11. DELIVERY

11.1.
Delivery is available internationally.

The standard delivery method provided by Your choice is Latvian post office – A/S “Latvijas Pasts”. You agree it is not possible for Us to influence the shipping process, time of delivery of a third party, therefor Seller shall not be held liable for any loses, damages related to purchase of a Product(s).

Average delivery period for orders takes form 6 up to 15 business days depending on the country of the delivery. Although, it can take up to 30 days due to the global COVID-19 situation – what is considered as “Force Majeure” situation.
11.4.
The price of a Product(s) does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are advised to You during the check-out process before You confirm Your order.
11.5.
Customer will be provided with the delivery, tracking number once order has been accepted and has begun shipping process.
11.6.
It is solely Your responsibility for the accuracy of the delivery address.
11.7.
Shall a Customer miss the delivery, or a shipment of Product(s) or was not possible to deliver because of a Customer’s fault, and a shipment of Product(s) was/were sent back to the Seller, the agreement is considered rescinded, and the Seller will refund to a Customer purchase price of Product(s) less a charged to a Customer delivery charge, and any direct costs, associated with shipping back, including Customs clearance costs, administration costs to the Customers original payment method within 5 - 7 business days after receiving a shipment, Product(s) back.
11.8.
Any transfer risk delivery or return of Product(s) passes to You. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the Product(s) passes to You form point of is is passed to carrier. You agree that claims against a carrier for damage during Delivery is Your responsibility.

12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

12.1.
Customer has the Rights to Withdraw of agreement within 14 days after the Product(s) had been delivered. To withdraw the agreement Customer must submit Right of Withdrawal form to the Seller. You agree to submit Right of Withdrawal form to the Seller precise, without mistakes, correct, identifiable information. After Customer has submitted form it will be available for printing and saving on devise in PDF format.

12.2.

After submitting the form Customer must print the Right of Withdrawal form and attach to the Product(s) up on return for identifying purpose. Return address is written on form and available here:

12.3.

Return costs are covered by Customer and are not refundable. If customer decides to send back Our Product(s), We suggest using Your local post office for the best service and with tracking number.

The refund will be returned to Customer by original payment method after Product(s) has been received and inspection of Product(s) is made. Refund will be placed within 5 - 7 business days.

12.5.

In refund process are involved two third-parties Your bank and Our bank. Therefore might be not significant delay in data processing by the bank(s) so first We encourage You to monitor Your bank account if still there is no refund, as next step You must contact Your bank. If still there is no refund Customer should not hesitate to contact Us using following email address:

After 14 day the agreement is withdrawn by Us without notice, and We will not be able to issue refund.

12.7.
The Customer cannot take advantage of Right of Withdrawal if ordered Product(s) are designed on individual request by the Customer.
12.8.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to use the Right of Withdrawal or to withhold a refund fee to the Customer:
12.8.1.
If the Product(s) is/are damaged due to careless usage or the instructions of usage are not respected, or Product(s) are/is not in sellable condition.
12.8.2.
If Product(s) returned to Seller are not, in pristine condition, free from odors, cosmetic stains, stains, washed or other significant damage.
12.8.3.
If the original packaging of the item is lost or significantly damaged or returned without integrated original tags in original place added to Product(s).
